Citrine is a yellowish-brown form of the mineral quartz. Like other varieties of quartz, citrine can form as prismatic (6-sided) crystals, has a white streak, glassy luster and moderate to high hardness. Citrine is commonly used in jewelry.

An information card with details on the mineral formation, characteristics, and uses is included. Typical samples sizes are generally 1-2 inches in length or width but can vary based on availability and natural crystal shape.
