VIRTUAL ROCK KIT CONTEST

Help us create the first virtual rock and mineral kit and WIN a deluxe My Rockin’ Collection kit for you!

How to Enter:
Post a comment on our blog and tell us the name of your favorite rock or mineral and why you love it!  If you have an awesome sample, please also email us (rockinfo@minimegeology.com) a photo of your rock or mineral so that we can include it in our virtual rock kit.

All contest entries will be posted on our website at the end of the contest to create our Virtual Rock Kit!  All entrants will have their sample photo, the reason why the love the sample, and their first name and last initial listed as part of the virtual rock kit. 
You may enter once per day!

How to Earn Extra Entries:

  • Follow us on twitter.  @MiniMeGeology
  • Tweet this contest to your followers.  You may tweet once per day for one extra entry per day.
  • Join our Facebook Page and be our new friend.
  • Join Our Newsletter.  Head over to the website and join our newsletter by entering your email on the left-hand side of the page and clicking “Rock My Email.”
  • Blog about our contest and send us a link to your blog post.  The best way is to leave us a blog comment with your link.
  • Link your website to us. www.MiniMeGeology.com  Please leave us a blog comment with the location of the link.

General Contest Rules:

  • All entrants must provide an initial entry following the procedures outlined in “How to Enter” before they are eligible to earn extra entries. All extra entries must be documented to us in a blog post.  Please include your name and email address. You may submit one blog comment listing your extra entries.
  • The winner will be picked at random within 72 hours of the closing of the contest.  The winner will be contacted via email and their entry will be featured at the top of the virtual rock kit.
  • Blog comments are moderated and will not post immediately.  We will post your entries within 24 hours.

    ulexite is my favorite. It’s called the TV rock, because of it’s unique fiber optic effect! Check it out!

    I love bismuth, it is very interesting too look at with all the colors and geometric nooks and crannies.
